Welcome to Route Marketing Tickets

Please take note that due to the upcoming NAMPO event, all tickets WILL be delayed. Please ensure that you give yourself ample time for any tickets or business cards or any other marketing material that you need. This is to ensure that you receive your items in due time. Please also note that NAMPO takes preference over all requests.

PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE, TICKETS WILL BE ATTENDED TOO.

Before Proceeding to log a ticket, please take note of the following important information:

Business Cards

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY ARE NEEDED
LOCAL BUSINESS CARDS ARE LIMITED TO 50 PER ORDER PER PERSON
AFRICA BUSINESS CARDS ARE LIMITED TO 100 PER ORDER PER PERSON
PLEASE PROOF READ YOUR INFO, MISTAKES WILL BE PAID FOR
BULK ORDERING MUST BE DONE ON THE “BULK BUSINESS CARD TEMPLATE”
SPECIAL ORDER OF LARGER QUANTITIES CAN BE REQUESTED, BUT ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.

Other Graphics and Marketing

All Marketing Items must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks before they are needed
All website changes/additions or requests must be signed off by a Director.
Signage and other promotional material must be ordered minimum 3 weeks before
All shows and events take preference over other marketing material
social media posts must be discussed with either delano or Johan Serfontein
logo and presentation requests must be put through the ticketing system

Please ensure that the correct permissions are in place when putting any requests through the system.
all requests, big or small, must go through the ticketing system.
NO PHONE CALLS ARE ALLOWED AT ALL, unless utterly necessary.
